    Use our new Customer Services hours to reach us for help:
    Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Fridays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

    New Member Advocate (Appeals Specialists) Email:

    As a Unity member, if you had concerns or problems with your services from Unity, you would contact a Member Advocate. You still can, but they are now called an “Appeals Specialist”.

    Sometimes Customer Service staff is not able to resolve an issue you may have shared. This is when an Appeals Specialist can step in and help you with the appeal process. Please visit for more information on Unity’s appeals process.
